Proposed Local Rules Changes
In accordance with Government Code section 68071 and the California Rules of Court, rules 10.613 and 10.614 the Inyo Superior Court is amending our Local Rules of Court. We will have the attached redline draft of proposed changes available on the court’s website at https://www.inyo.courts.ca.gov/ and paper copies available in both Bishop and Independence. For 45 days we will be accepting comments on the proposed changes. Please submit any comments to pamela.foster@inyocourt.ca.gov on or before May 15, 2024.
